What is Gratuity Integrated Pricing?

Gratuity Integrated Pricing means that each service comes with an accurate quote for the service day of and following maintenance appointments and that's it! The price is the price!

What do I do if I need an adjustment after my appointment?

I make every attempt to ensure you are satisfied with your experience but should you need an adjustment on a haircut or color service, please contact me within 10 days of your service date to discuss a timely adjustment to your hair.

What kind of services do I enjoy doing the most?

I love long textured haircuts that provide long wear and lived in color that allow flexible maintenance plans! Blending gray is another passion of mine. Everyones journey with graying hair is personal and there are so many options that won’t leave you stuck with permanent color that’s hard to grow out when you’re ready to stop coloring your hair!

What is my no show and cancellation policy?

Please allow 24 hour notice for any last minute cancellations or rescheduled, I do understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly but I do need proper notice for my business. If an appointment is no showed or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, I reserve the right to charge 40% of the service booked. I understand life happens and this is sometimes unavoidable however, not showing up for a scheduled an appointment impacts my business and other clients.
